At work
A writer and communicator with more than 25 years of experience, Charles Allain has written practically everything that can be written in public relations: speeches, press dossiers, position statements, brochures, and even websites. His career is intimately linked to technology and business, and he has contributed to several publications, including Revue Commerce, Affaires Plus, Le Devoir, Québec Science, Québec économique international and Forces. "A good text should be easy to read and answer readers’ questions. So my job is to help them understand better by anticipating the questions that may crop up along the way."
At Morin
Since 1994, Charles has been one of the main professional copywriters at Morin. Affiliated with the agency from its inception, he combines an extensive background in public communication and working with the business and scientific communities in Quebec with a perfect mastery of the French language. With his ability to quickly grasp what is essential, he adapts his texts to different target audiences in a clear, concise style.
A lover of landscapes and great admirer of English and American watercolour artists, Charles has worked in watercolours for nearly fifteen years. Fascinated by history, he is especially interested in 17th century France. His travels enable him to sharpen his artistic talents, and at the same time quench his thirst for knowledge.
